Whitney grew up in Trophy Club, TX and knew from the moment she entered high school TCU would be her only college choice.  She graduated with a BBA in Finance and established her roots in DFW and the financial services industry.  Whitney has valuable financial planning knowledge and supports all aspects of Gus Bates Financial Services.

Whitney has been married to Luke since 2011 and they reside in Weatherford.  They have two energetic children: Emma and Tate.  Tate enjoys playing baseball and keeps the family busy with practices, games, and tournaments.  Emma is passionate about volleyball and competitive cheerleading.  When they are not busy with sports, the Varners enjoy taking trips to the beach.

Whitney finds joy in serving and helping others with their financial journeys, which is why she feels fortunate to be part of Gus Bates.  The family atmosphere and the strong bonds among team members and clients have been a wonderful addition to her life.
