Brenda is the Office Manager, Client Service Specialist, and greeter at Gus Bates Financial Services. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant to Gus in 1978. Brenda’s contagious enthusiasm sets the tone in the office each day. Her vast experience and expertise dealing with various insurance and investment cases strengthens personal relationships with Gus Bates Financial Services’ clients. She is also a notary public.
Brenda graduated from Everman High School. She and her husband Ray reside in Rhome, TX. She is a proud mother of sons Cory and Chris. When Brenda isn’t busy keeping the office running smoothly or helping resolve client issues, she embraces her cherished role as grandmother to Christina. She is a member of Auora Baptist Church and is very active within her church community. She also makes the most delicious food, sharing often with the office.
